Can Not Proceed to Checkout.

Everything on the site seems to work, except when I hit the checkout button it will go back to the cart with no items showing. If I click on my cart to view the contents, it still shows the product. I have been looking for the solution for a week now and can't seem to find why this is happening.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
