Can't go past checkout_shipping window

I installed Paypal from within admin. I wanted to check out what it looked like and consider to use it. or not. I went back into admin and uninstalled it because I didnt want it on my checkout page without it being active. Theh next day customers ebgan tellin me when they go to check out they click continue in the checkout_shipping page it just come right back up as the check_out shipping page. They can't get any further in the check out process.

 

Can someone offer some ideas on what could cause this or what files I can replace with new ones to correct this?

 

I can't figure out what files are modified when osCommerce installs a payment options
