Have you done anything?????? (Only Joking) :) ;) ;) ;)

 

for a uk site your currency is the Dollar ($) as default not GBP (?) chould cause a few probs

 

and to behonnest is just looks like a standard oscommerce install with noting really changed, have you had a look at STS or the other contribs that will help change the look of the site quite simply with not much coding experience needed????

 

also the 18+ confirmation plugin might be something you might wanna take a look at it?

After all the good sites that have appeared on here lately, there has to be one to spoil things.

 

You dont seem to have altered anything from the standard oscommerce setup. Oscommerce can be customised in so many ways, give it a try, at least alter the colours, and the buttons.
