topher920 Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but I?ve spent countless hours looking for information on this. I would like to apologize ahead of time. My problem is I need the ability to allow my customers to type in what they want on products. This will then be submitted with the product to the cart and then can be viewed on the order forms in admin panel. Any help would be much appreciated Chris

Maggilove Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Yes, I use it on my site. What problems are you having with it?
topher920 Posted January 14, 2006 Author Posted January 14, 2006 Yes, I use it on my site. What problems are you having with it? the text was not posting to my invoice orders, also i went in and removed one line that was commented in the check out.php i think it was. It was creating an error and would not submit the order. I got it to sorta work... but its still not showing up on the invoice and the packing slips.... any ideas?
Maggilove Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 Hmmm.... it works just fine for me, but my site is heavily modded.... I had a quick glance at the contribution support thread... you might fine some helpful suggestions there (last few pages)
topher920 Posted January 23, 2006 Author Posted January 23, 2006 Thank You for your help!!!! I figured it out. But i have yet another problem i posted it to the Option Type Feature v1.6 support section. I'll post it again here. I'm having a bit of trouble making my text box staying a constant width. I run in to this trouble when i don't have any other attributes only the text box. When this happens the user is unable to see what they are going to type. All they see is the scroll bar. Thanks Chris :)
