How to add picture on customers account ?

I want to upload picture to customers account once the product is successfully delivered

let me explain this in details: I have a gift shop, when we deliver product we take photo of customer receiving the gift and we email this picture to the person who sent this gift, I was wondering instead of email customers picture to specified email address, they could simply log in to their account (my gift shop) and retrieve the picture or view the picture of their loved ones.

 

is this possible if yes any contrubution or advise would be higly appreciated.
