new install - all default - looks bad - no images or bars

what is wrong...

was working OK before...

thought maybe somehow I messed it up so I uninstalled and reinstalled...still looks wrong to me

everything seems to match up...all the files are in place....

I noticed while just screwing around that IF I typed the Full URL in for the

 

define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/');

 

making it read - define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'http://www.audiohelix.com/tuning/images/');

 

 

that I got images...but still no colored boxes or bars where I know they should be..

 

anybody have any ideas???
