Is there a way to transfer product from one OS Commerce site to another?

There are quite a few contributions that I would like to add to my site, but have not been having much luck. I have come to the conclusions that it would be less hassle for me to add them on a fresh OS Commerece download. Is there a way for me to transfer JUST the files that hold the product info from one OS Commerce to another?

 

(I just plan on chaning the directory from /shop to /cart and in essence start over.
