PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN - Which folder to use for upgrade???

I have installed PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN - Version 2.9 - by Gregory Baboolal 26 Oct 2004

 

Then I upgraded it to the the latest verion v3.1.5 tar.gz by devosc 28 Mar 2005. But My question is about if I copied the correct folders.

 

In the upgrade folders of all versions 3.0.0 and above, there are two folders "Catalog" and "MS2-2.2OverWriteAndRun/Catalog". I want to know the content of which folder are to be used as update?
