Quantity Discounts and Member Discounts

Helo all,

 

I just started using osCommerce and I have to say it is by far the best I have ever used. I have two questions actually,

 

1. How do I do a quantity discount for customers who purchase say 10 items?

 

2. Can I make promotional coupons or give member discounts, gift certificates and stuff like that? I want to give site members a 15% discount when they purchase from us.
