cannot open my catalog

I cannot open my catalog page today. I did make a little change in index.php but didn't know where is the error, and how to change.

Please anyone help me?

Also how can I find the line 263 easily?

 

Here is the error message:

You need an editor... try Arachnophilia... it will show you all the line numbers so you can easily isolate the problem line.
