I need additional options but don't know what that's called

I need to find an add on (I think, unless it's in OSC already).

For instance, If someone is buying a fish tank for $50, there should be an option under that says "no stand" or you can select "with stand" for an additional $50. Then under that would be "Flourescent light-Free" or "Metal Halide +$75"

Does anyone know how to do that?

You would use the attibutes area to set up that type of information. Admin -> Catalog -> Catalog Attributes
