When check out, customer keep getting this message: United Parcel Service (XML) Rating and Service 1.0001 0 MODULE_SHIPPING_UPSXML_RATES_TEXT_COMM_UNKNWON_ERROR : Rating and Service 1.0001 0 MODULE_SHIPPING_UPSXML_RATES_TEXT_COMM_UNKNWON_ERROR If you prefer to use ups as your shipping method, please contact Any suggestion is appreciated. When check out, customer keep getting this message: Enable logging (see the package and there are also some directions in the upsxml.php file in modules/shipping itself. Use a full path for the log file (empty file should be there, with write permissions) and see what error is returned by UPS. Quote
