Ingo Bingo Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 This may be simple but how can i amend the emails sent out to customers when i update thier order status, i have one status which requires i ask for certain details & i am currently typing this on every order before up dating the order status. I need to automate this.....please help my sore fingers Ingo
