file uploader .77 problem

I think I installed it right , anyways it was a fresh install of OScommerce

 

just dragged over the updated catalog and replaced the root folder with all the updated files

 

updated configure.php

 

then ran the 3 files into mysqladmin

 

Now I made an attribute with file and option as nothing through admin

 

Then I add the item to my cart and upload a file and checkout ....

 

The problem is , I think the file is supposed to be in images/upload , but nothing is in there but a htaccess file.

 

What did I do wrong ?
