paypal customer orders not appearing

Hi-

 

I just created the os commerce shopping cart on my site enabling paypal as the only payment option, but whenever a customer pays using paypal(their actual account....not just a credit card), their order details do not appear in the customers->orders part of the admin. Does anybody know what could be wrong?

Hi you need to up date your paypal contribution from the contributions area

and to find your customers order you can install the masters password contributioin
