See what the permissions are on the online_store directory. They should be 755 I think.

I would check with your host if you do not have Root Access to that server. That message is tellng me Forbidden as if you do not have permission to see things on that server, like you have been suspended. Maybe I missed it, but can you see any other pages?

Have you deleted the index.php file? You can't get to that by typing it in direct.

Have a look on your FTP program in your root directory and see if there is a file there which is called index.php. If you type in http://wantingitbad.co.uk/online_store/index.php it doesn't find the page, but the other pages like the login page and the contact page are there.

Okay now it is blank but before I was getting an Error 404 message.

I can get to the store using http://www.wantingitbad.com/online_store.htm

But not with http://www.wantingitbad.com/online_store/ as you suggested it should. I would think that the index.php file is corrupt. However, if the first link I provided is the correct entry-point for your store, then why not just create an index.php with a redirect in it so you can get it back up and running quickly. Then take the time to backtrack and figure out what happened.

The .com/online_store.htm is our merchandise store not oscommerce.

How do you mean corrupt, the text inside the file is the same. Do you mean create a new file with the same text.
