Any way to integrate javascript?

This is what I'm trying to do. I want to setup an online store where I can sell my own products....but also sell products of my affiliates. They provide all the real time updating to their products through javascript, but I don't know of any way to integrate this into osCommerce. Basically when you select one of their products it brings you to their website so it's not really adding it to your cart, but it enables you to keep track of affiliate codes etc...I know I could set this all up with some simply html, but I was looking for a solution so I could also have a shopping cart locally to sell my own products. I don't really want to setup 2 different stores. I know there are thousands of contribs so perhaps there is something like this out there.....any suggestions?
