Guest Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 I'm testing my website and I see that after adding products to cart, I go to check-out and my shopping cart is empty; if instead I click "cart content" the products are there....WHY?
Terra Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Without more info this question is hard to answer - the standard osCom shop install works, so it's either a modification you made to the site which is causing the problem or maybe something in your set-up / server hosting. I'd recommend starting off with a clean osCom install (latest version) and see if that works. Guest Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 I know is too general, but that's why I have no clue how to resolve this issue. I also reset to default OSC using the tool provided by my webhost. My concern is that if I install abrand new version of OSC I will loose all the products I already inserted. Thanks for any help
