Installed Product Attributes-Option Type Feature v1.71

I installed the PA-OTF v1.71 contribution...finally got the textarea boxes in my admin. Now my question is this:

 

How do I get rid of the up/down arrows (I changed the rows to 1) and how do I get the length of the box to be the same on all pages. It picks up whatever the longest length is of the drop down boxes.
