angrypenguin Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 hello im new at all this but i have my oscommerce store up and running but my main problem is if i put a weight value lower then 2.43 it wont work.. ex. when im in the admin mode i can set an item weight to 1lbs.. but when the customer goes to check out the system is telling the usps server that the weight of the item is 2.43lbs I just dont get it.. help please tony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Fuzziness152 Posted January 6, 2006 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Hello Everyone , I'm new here. I've just started using and modifying OsCommerce for about 4 months now. I'm having a problem w/ UPS. For tare weight, I've put 1 pound. Say, my products weigh 2 pounds. When the customer checks out, UPS will only calculate the tare weight. So instead of charging 3 pounds, it charges 1 pound.
