Netscape Browser Problem

Dear all , how is this possible ? If I use Internet explorer its all workjing fine but when I use netspace Brower,

I get Following Error message on world pay payment page :

 

Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:

The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant:

The transaction cannot be processed due to one or more of the following:

 

the installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters

a different submission protocol is required. For instance, a more secure submission may be required

the installation number is invalid

 

 

 

Please help if you know whats going on here ...

Older browsers are only set to work with 40 bit encryption. Modern card processing systems require 128 bit encryption as a minimum. You will find the same problem with old versions of IE 4.

Ive just found out ive got the same problem of compatibility of netscape with worldpay by using Netscapes latest browser version Netscape 8.0.4 ?

 

ive also just downloaded Firefox/1.5 which netscape is based on and it works ok on this??

 

has anyone got a solution to this problem
