Client has had several customers ordering from her, and most of them are fine, values from ?4.00 up to ?40.00 There have been a couple of strange anomolies just noticed. 2 customers placed orders for a number of items, prices ranged from 0.99 to 1.99. Looking at the invoice, the total for the invoice does not include 1 of the listed items on the invoice, thus the total is out by this ammount, also it has not added the shipping for this 1 item (this is a 1st item price, plus additioanl price per item after. I managed to trace the issue to one product by doing a new order myself and adding this item to my cart, and it did not change the cart value, but I am not sure replacing the product from scratch will fix it, and whethur it will happen again Has anyone come accross anything similar happening before, where the invoice shows all the items requested, but one item has not been added to the calculation.
