But when I go to place an order, it still allows me to get free ship on the lower amount. Is there something I am missing? I am have changed it before without a problem. Also, where can I change "Free shipping for orders over $10.00" shown in the shipping page. I have tried looking in http://www.domain.com/catalog/checkout_shipping.php but cannot find the code.
