I would not buy from you even if I was blind and computer illiterate. I suggest going back to the drawing board and at the very least doing some research into your industry. Hmm... there is a contact number in the header (and elsewhere) and he gives his location - do you suggest that he publish his home address? The guy is offering personal service, not mass marketing... Neither does the PASSWORD FORGOTTEN link. 2) CONDITIONS OF USE - This should have information about conditions regarding the use of your web site, it shouldn't have anything relating to money back guarantees in there.
