ozcsys
HI I am a real newbie but I am going to have a go using o/s. I have uploaded the catalogue file to my web address but it doesn`t show up so I cannot start the installation process. Also I dont quite understand the initial installation process.I am a little confused by the term root directory (public_html ,www htdocs) Thanks WC Have you read through the knowledge base info found HERE?? Basically the root directory is when you are in the www or public html directory on your server as opposed to being in a sub directory such as store or catalog. If you have uploaded your files to the server go ahead and post the url and we can probably find the location of your installation. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
Watch-Collectables
Thanks for that my web address is : champ64.co.uk .I have ftp `d the files and they are all there.I am with web host oneandone and I think maybe the web space has already been configured for their website creator package so maybe I will have to get this removed first!
