soniia21
I am finding it difficult to read some of your text in the links due to the font, but maybe that's just me. It would be helpful to have a "Home" link so the user can return to the home page and view products. Also, I think more importantly is that you have clear "sign in" location but no where that a potential customer can sign up as a member? Maybe a "Join Us" button? I'm not very familiar with flash but your header reloading every time I select a new page can be quite irritating. When I tried to add products to the cart, a warning box came up regarding nonsecure information and the "view cat" subtotal did not update? Overall a good site, I like your product descriptions layout. Hope this helps.
♥Vger
On every page I tried to go to I was asked if I wanted to install Flash Player 8. Flash code should be backward compatible, so that someone with an earlier version of the Flash Plugin can view the image. I only upgrade Plug-Ins by going directly to the source site itself, and not from a link generated on someone else's website - you don't know what you could start downloading by clicking a link on someone else's site!! The lack of a home link is very poor and navigation in general is not good. In particular, while on your site I added some items to the Shopping Cart via Buy Now links and then couldn't find anywhere to initiate the Checkout procedure. Had I been a customer you would have lost a sale at that point in time. How are customers supposed to Checkout? Many of the small images on your site are not available and come up as placeholders with red crosses in them The flash you are using carries two http addresses within it and this is causing 'secure/insecure' warning messages on https pages. You need to change these two links to https. Vger

Guest
Yes, I just picked one of your products off the main page (new products) and now I want to go back to the store's home page and there is no link! There should be some link on the left hand side to help your customers get back to the store's home page. While I understand your theme - the site is TOO dark and is difficult to read. I have 2 personal paranormal sites and I try to make the font legal so it's not a strain to my visitor's eyes and they can stay at my site for longer periods of time. Doremus
Dark backgrounds always make it harder to read the text. You might want to think about going with a larger font size, or a whiter color or something (is that text gray?). I don't see any product photos? The switch from dark background/light text >> to << light background/dark text on the product pages is hard for the eye to adjust to and less attractive than a consistent color, IMO.
