can't get to admin

the problem is that I can't get to the admin. The page just reloads the catalog. The configure.php in admin/includes :

The answer to that question is: nope, it is supposed to get in the admin without asking username or password, but that is just for now

Yes, there's a user/password prompt on that address. I'd check your DIR_FS pathway against what you have in your includes/configure.php file, because it doesn't look right to me.
