Guest
Our site sells downloadable products only. Does anyone know if there is a contribution that will allow you to reset or edit the number of downloads a customer has after ordering. For example if they didn't download correctly after 3 attempts but we wanted to let them try one more time. Or, if a customer loses their downloads in a hard drive crash an wants to download again a couple of weeks after the original order. At the moment, we have to go in and manually change this in phpMyAdmin, but i don't want any junior staff having access to phpMyAdmin, so i'm the only one that can currently do it. Any contribs, help, ideas, thoughts would be much appreciated. PS. It would also be handy if we could see the download filename in the admin of the customers orders.
