anyone any ideas? as to why, for 'best sellers' box

Hello all...

 

any ideas as to why, if in (admin- the min value is set to higher than 1; for best-sellers)...

 

...on the front page the box disappears from column right ?

 

would anyone have an idea?...please help!

Here's the best sellers script...im not too sure if that is the root of the cause?
