This auto-generated email is to confirm that we received your inquiry. We strive to reply individually to emails within one business day. We appreciate the urgent nature of your message, and will respond as soon as possible. I'd like to alter it, but cannot find the proper page. Any help? Thanks! BD That doesn't seem stock osCommerce ?! At least I can't recall to ever have gotten such message when testing the Contac Us feature (just tried again and the only thing is a thank for inquiry within the shop). Normally you will find the textual things within the (catalog)/includes/languages/ directories. I contacted my client (to whom the e-mail is being sent), and he set something up on his mail server to bounce the aforementioned message back.
