Contact Us auto-generated email

Hi,

When someone uses the Contact Us form to send us an e-mail, they get the following:

Hello, Thank you for your message. This auto-generated email is to confirm that we received your inquiry. We strive to reply individually to emails within one business day.
We appreciate the urgent nature of your message, and will respond as soon as possible.

I'd like to alter it, but cannot find the proper page. Any help? Thanks!

That doesn't seem stock osCommerce ?! At least I can't recall to ever have gotten such message when testing the Contac Us feature (just tried again and the only thing is a thank for inquiry within the shop).

Isn't this by accident an auto-reply message you have installed with your host panel ?

Hi,

I don't believe that it's with my host... is this something that has been added to the osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 Update 051113 (which is the one I am using for this particular new shop):

osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 Update 051113

Thank you,

BD

The only thing I am aware of related to the latest update is

This has nothing to do however with any auto-reply coupled to the contact us page.

Normally you will find the textual things within the (catalog)/includes/languages/ directories.

You could check your english.php there and the (catalog)/includes/languages/english/contact_us.php for that particular text.

Yes,

You were correct. I contacted my client (to whom the e-mail is being sent), and he set something up on his mail server to bounce the aforementioned message back. So, it does not have anything to do with osCommerce at all.

Thank you again,

BD
