catmc44
I am new to all of this, and had a good site going. But I installed attribute manager, it didnt work (probably because i did something wrong) even though I followed the instructions to the letter. Anyway. I can go into my admin, but when I choose anything a blank page appears. So I went to restore the backup of my site, and I did, and it is still like that. Help please. ♥Vger
What sort of backup are you referring to? The backup you take in osCommerce admin is just a backup of your database, and if you restore from that then all you are doing is restoring a previous database. Did you actually restore the files you edited to install that contribution? Vger
catmc44
Because i am new, and apparently stupid (I feel like it) I backed up my entire site using a tool my host gave me. Hopefully they will help me get that to work. I should have manually backed them up. But at 5 am I wasnt thinking clearly.
♥Vger
You probably have access to a Whole Site Backup/Restore function. If you are unable to operate it then hopefully your hosts will be able to tell you what to do. Vger

♥Vger
Take a look in your admin/includes/configure.php file and make sure that the correct settings have not been overwritten by a backup with incorrect settings. As a guideline check it against the settings in the includes/configure.php file. Vger
