Won't let me delete the conditions and the privacy.php pages

I changed on the permissions on the page to 777 but it still won't let me do it..

Why do you want to delete them? If you delete them and they are called you'll get an error.

My buisness partner does not want them on there.

Deleting them is not the correct way to remove them.

 

In catalog/includes/boxes/information.php
