Smeep Posted December 29, 2005 Share Posted December 29, 2005 As recommended, I am looking in to getting a SSL server, so that people can safely enter their details, etc. Is there any documentation about how to move an installation, so that I don't have to go through entering my products again? kgt Posted December 29, 2005 Share Posted December 29, 2005 As long as your database is intact, you do not need to ever reenter products. When you move your site, if you keep the existing structure, you usually only need to make small changes to the includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php files to reflect new settings, such as SSL and possibly absolute FS locations.
