RLW
Hello! I have been testing the shipping rates out on our new store and there is a small discrepancy. One item weighs 155 grams, but when it appears at the checkout the weight is recorded as being 450grams, and the cost is 5.00 instead of 4.00 (for under 250 grams). Any suggestions? I have set up the Zones table as follows: 250:4.00,500:5.00,1000:11.00,2000:13.50,3000:16.50,4000:19.00,5000:22.00,6000:24 .00 The Handling Fee is $2.00 The Maximum Package WEight is set at 7000 The Package Tare Weight is 250 The Larger Packages % increase is 0 Hope this info helps, RLW :)

Any suggestions? Perhaps you meant 405 grams instead of 450 grams, which would equal the item of 155 grams plus the Package Tare Weight of 250. Thanks for that. Does that mean I should set the Tare Weight to zero so that the weight shows correctly for the customer? Is the handling fee added at checkout? Regards, RLW
