Need Help. A few Problem

Im having problem with a few things.

 

1. When i try to add a product and go back to the catalog i dont see the price and all i see is "0" Also i only have CAD as a main Currencies and nothing else

 

2. For Payment Method the only i have set for is the paypal and check/money order but nothing shows up when i try to check out.

 

3. and for the shipping modules how can i get them to work? this what i have

Table Rate 2

is the setting right?
