Country & Zone in Admin

There is an option for me to choose @ "Country" & "Zone" in the "Configuration/My Store". It has drop down options for country and state but after clicking update it won't register. Still blank on the summary side.

What could be the problem? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

What do you mean with 'still blank on the summary side' ? Is your change reflected after you clicked edit and update ?

Not at all. The update wasn't reflected. There is actually nothing written as default in it even before and after I update. :-(. Below is what it looks like after update.

Store Name: Shop At Home Now

Store Owner: Shop At Home Now

E-Mail Address: [email protected]

E-Mail From: Shop At Home Now Support

Country:

Zone:

Expected Sort Order: desc

Have you done any contributions which work in this area ? There must be a logical explanation for this or something is wrong with your database. Have you tried with a fresh install if the problem repeats ?

Yeah I have done several admin modification. There might be somewhere in my files that conflicts with this. So far this has not given me any problem with regards to functionality, only it's visible in the admin area that there is nothing written and can't be updated.

If I can remember right, this problem started after installing TotalB2B.

I will look more into this esp. my db. Thank you so much Howard for all our effort. I appreciate it a lot.

Well, TotalB2B shouldn't have much to do with this. I run that myself and can't recollect it touches anything in that area which doesn't say it can't have happened by accident.

Did you do something with the configuration cache contrib or similar ? That might be of influence.
