twirlerzmom Posted December 29, 2005 Share Posted December 29, 2005 I keep receiving this error when checking out using the authorize.net module. <An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the Merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.> I do however receive payment and also the email confirmation of the order that was processed. So everything seems to be working ok except for this response that the customer receives. Can someone tell me how to fix this please?
