Daily Sales Report

Hi,

 

I have looked through all the contributions and cant seem to find anything for what I need.

 

I would like a report that shows the order id, customer name and order total (also possible the payment method, Paypal,money order etci) for a given day. Right now I am writing it all out manually daily.

 

The screen http://www.dogshoppe.net/admin/orders.php would be good, but it doesnt show the order id and isnt sortable by day.

 

Does anyone have anything like this ?

I don't know about a daily order summary with all the information like that (sounds like a good idea though), but there are several contributions that allow you to batch print invoices or packing slips and auto update the order status (i.e. default to pending and update to processing). Search the contributions on the keywords batch order. I installed one of them almost 2 years ago, but this one looks pretty good in that it has more features (I haven't used it though yet):

The batch print is more for individual docs. I would really like just a summary page listed per day of orders. I find it odd that there isnt anything like this, I would have thought it would be a standard kind of report.
