stylesheet woes

after changing some classes, like infoBoxHeading to a different color, it is not updating after transferring to my server.

 

I know the code is using this class because I see it in the view->source. After updating I have changed the stylesheet file to the same permissions, owner and group info as all the other files. I have cleared my browser cache.

 

Is there anything else I am missing - ??? the headings still show up black
