TAX (VAT) not displaying for Test Credit Card 4111 1111 1111 1111 with HSBC merchant

Hi all,

 

My OsCommerce is integrated with HSBC (UK). My test card 4111 1111 1111 1111 gets counted as a "Rest of World" when I try to purchase an item (in Test mode), regardless of my user account information (London resident), hence I cannot test whether VAT is applied properly. It does however add tax at checkout if I set a value other than 0.00% in the admin module for my "Rest of World" zone.

 

Can any confirm if this will work when the site goes live (Production mode)? Any experiences to share?
