i want 2 download my easy populate "tab-delimited .txt file to edit" but i keep getting timed out so cant get the file. i only have about 2000 items at the most! can anyone help please?

you would need to change the max_execution_time in your php.ini to something higher to acheive this.

 

this might involve contacting whoever you host with.

 

although i doubt they would change it if it is a shared server.

 

another way would be to try to decrease the amount of work that is required to make the file. Such as putting indexes on the database or removing parts you are not interested in.
