Most of the time flat rate is fine, just not always and it looks pretty unprofessional to charge more without telling the customer. any advice? thanx in advance! So, I use the table rate method for US and Canada. $2.50 for the first issue and 50-cents for each additional issue. It reads like.......1:2.50, 2:3.00, 3:3.50....you get the idea. For foreign customers, I use the Zone Rate method. $6.00 for the first issue and $1.00 for each additional. It reads: 1:6.00, 2:7.00, 3:8.00 and so on. You'll have to specify when setting up those things....table rate and zone...which countries are to get what. Other than that, it's a walk in the park.
