bobg7 Posted December 27, 2005 Share Posted December 27, 2005 I added a new shipping status called "Sent To Shipper", when I went to update a shipping status for an order to "Sent To Shipper" I got a "Page Cannot Be Found", the order vanished but the customer information was still there. I looked at the orders table, found the customer but the shipping_status was set to 0. I looked at order_status table and found the correct order_status_id and changed the order and it all came back like it should be. Was this just a database gurp or should I start looking for something else.
