Daddyslipdisk Posted December 27, 2005 Share Posted December 27, 2005 I've been using osCommerce for quite some time now and everything has been fine. But all of a sudden on the past 2 orders that have come in when they pay via PayPal, the PayPal order details show the correct quantity, but under the Website and Item column, it shows n/a and then for the item description it has the company name. Here's the link to the screen capture of it so you can see what's going on (PayPal Error Link). Nothing has been changed (advertantly anyway). This causes a big problem because when they order something in osCommerce and are transferred to PayPal to pay, we have no way to tell what they ordered based on the PayPal order detail. Daddyslipdisk Posted December 27, 2005 Author Share Posted December 27, 2005 As an addendum to this, I've noticed that the orders don't show up in the osCommerce Admin area either. It's as if PayPal receives the order, accepts payment (without any item details except pricing), but doesn't process it. Meaning it doesn't go back to osCommerce to indicate that it's completed and to log the order. Both customers this happened to paid via PayPal, but neither have orders showing in the catalog/admin area under orders. The money is in PayPal, but it's almost as if nothing happened in osCommerce. And they're listed as customers in the customers area, but when you click on the orders button for them, it shows nothing.
