Duplicating custom "flat rate"

Hi,

I offer home delivery of products on either Friday pm or Tuesday am. I would like to have two options under shipping, one for each day so the customer can choose the delivery day. I'm *thinking* this should be as easy as duplicating the "flat rate" option and changing the text. Is this possible and how would I do it?
