Got error 127 from table handler

If someone would assist I would appreciate it. Today when running OsCommerce I received this error. I have never had this error before and I have always run fine. I have not made any changes or modifications. All of a sudden I receive this. Anyone know why? or how to fix it?

This indicates the table mentioned is corrupt.

 

Try running a repair and optimize on the table in phpMyAdmin.
