Guest
Hey everyone, I had a question for you people that are using the Links Manager within the admin section of os commerce for your links page on your site. I really like the contribution and it works fabulously. The only thing that I DID notice was that when someone clicks on one of the links it shows up as: "http://www.<domain>.com/links.php?lPath=1" This is obviously a problem, because the I want to use the links page of my site for networking purposes with Google and other search engines. Google and other search engines see links.php not exactly where the link is point to. (correct????) I know there is a search engine friendly URL's contribution, and was curious if it fixed this little problem that I found with the links manager contribution. Instead of: links.php?lPath=# I would want it to actually show where the link is going, unless the links.php?lpath=# does actually get picked up by Google and other search engines on where it is going. Any comments are greatly appreciated.
