customer file upload, and multi-vendor: any ideas on contributions

Hi,

 

I am looking for ideas for contributions which allows the customer to purchase a product, then upload a file for that product (eg. buys a mug, then uploads an image to be printed on the mug before delivery).

 

Need to be able to automatically email a different vendor for each product.

 

Need an admin interface for the different vendors to login, check their orders, retrieve the files uploaded by the customers, update the order status, and indicate the UPS tracking ID they are shipping the product with.

 

Any ideas?

 

(ideally open source, but not necessarily, if not too expensive)
