Privacy Policy

I am starting a new site and I am not sure what to put in my privacy policy. Does anyone that have a general Privacy Policy I could build off of? Thanks it would help me alot. :)

what privacy policies do you have? how do you protect your users' personal information?

 

your best bet is to look at other shops' policies and get an idea of what is usually put in them.

 

do not directly copy them though. you'd be surprised how many shops copy someone else's privacy policies and happen to overlook a paragraph or so...... not very professional ;)

Thanks for the feed back. Yes I do plan on protecting all of my customers Info. I will take a look other sites for Ideas.
