Being Redirected To Admin Login

hi all,

 

having a problem with the admin section. ive logged in and i try to click on a menu and i just keep being redirected back to the login page for some reason.

 

im using the latest version of of OSC

 

Database: MySQL 4.0.25

HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.33

PHP Version 4.4.1

 

 

i have not done any modifications,

 

please tell me how i can resolve this, i go to customers > orders and search a invoice number im redirected again to login.

 

please help

You have a serious issue here because the latest version of OSC with no mods does not have any "login" type functionality for the admin area.

 

If you are truely lost and have done no mods I recommend to reload all the admin section code except for your admin/includes/configure.php file.

 

Do backup your current code first. You may want to go as far as deleting the admin from the server first rather than just overwriting.

There is a contribution, sometimes included with "loaded" releases, that adds an admin login. Where did you get osCommerce from? Are you sure it's osCOmmerce and not someone else's "loaded" build?

i have been told its os Commerce based but also called Zen Cart? do you know anything about that?

Vijay, ZenCart is not supported in the osCommerce forums. It is a separate product, based on osCommerce, but has its own website, forums, contributions, etc. You'll have to go to their website for support.
